Corporate Wellness Consulting
PathWell’s corporate wellness consulting services help organizations assess current programs, identify gaps, and develop practical workplace mental wellness strategies. We work with employers to create solutions that align with their goals, culture, and workforce.
Addressing Workplace Mental Wellness Challenges
Burnout, Morale, or Retention Concerns
Employee burnout, low morale, and turnover can have a significant impact on productivity, engagement, and workplace culture. Corporate wellness consulting helps organizations identify contributing factors and develop targeted strategies that support employee well-being while strengthening retention and job satisfaction.
Low Usage of Existing Supports
Many organizations invest in employee assistance programs, wellness benefits, and mental health resources that employees rarely use. We help identify barriers to engagement and create strategies that improve awareness, accessibility, and participation in existing supports.
Need for a Clearer Workplace Mental Wellness Strategy
Organizations often recognize the importance of workplace mental health but lack a clear plan for implementation. Our consulting services help employers develop practical, sustainable wellness strategies that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Benefits of Corporate Wellness Consulting
A well-designed wellness strategy can provide meaningful benefits for both employees and employers, including:
- Improved employee well-being and engagement
- Stronger workplace culture
- Better retention and recruitment outcomes
- Increased awareness and use of available supports
- Greater leadership confidence in addressing workplace mental health
- Clear direction for future wellness initiatives
What Corporate Wellness Consulting Covers
Program Audit and Gap Analysis
We review existing wellness initiatives, policies, benefits, and support systems to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This process helps organizations understand what is working, what may be missing, and where resources can be used more effectively.
Mental Wellness Strategy Design
Based on organizational goals and identified needs, we help develop workplace mental wellness strategies that are realistic, measurable, and sustainable. Recommendations are tailored to your workforce, industry, and organizational structure.
Leader and Manager Support Structures
Managers and leaders often play a critical role in workplace well-being. We help organizations develop approaches that equip leaders with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to foster psychologically healthy workplaces.
Communications and Referral Pathways
Employees are more likely to access support when resources are easy to understand and navigate. We help organizations strengthen internal communication strategies and establish clear pathways to available mental health and wellness services.

Dr. Gina Di Giulio
CEO & Founder
Dr. Di Giulio deeply understands the frustrations that can often go along with navigating mental health systems to access quality care. She is a firm believer that there is no health without mental health, and that access to mental health services shouldn’t be as cumbersome and confusing as it often can be.
As such, she created PathWell, a bespoke, high-touch organization that provides individuals and businesses with access to the full range of mental health services they need. No guessing, and minimal wait times.
Our CEO, Dr. Gina Di Giulio is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. From a young age, she was fascinated by the inner workings of the mind and decided early on that she wanted to pursue a career in psychology after reading Freud’s Interpretation of Dreams when she was 12-years-old. After obtaining her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, she went on to work in a variety of different settings including inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient hospital settings, university clinics, and counseling centers.
She has spent the past 10 years working in Corporate and Executive Mental Health and was the Director of Mental Health at Canada’s largest executive wellness clinic where she worked with many C-suite executives to help them reach peak performance and enhance resilience.
And it was during this time that her interest in corporate mental wellness was developed into the passion that it is today. She has delivered numerous on-site training sessions, workshops, webinars on various topics related to mental wellbeing and is often called upon to consult with organizations to help them enhance the mental wellbeing of their workforce.
When she isn’t empowering others to enhance their mental health, she manages her own well-being by running, traveling, spending time with her adorable and hilarious young son, making extravagant cakes, and being a crossword puzzle slayer.
